Becoming AGT

Every AGT member has two wings. One wing carries the COMPETENCIES that define the knowledge, skills, and approach they must possess, while the other wing carries our CULTURE, which stems from the essence of our organization and must be upheld.

At AGT, competencies are important, but being competent alone is not enough to preserve our essence and reach the future. To be a true AGT member, one must embrace our values and keep our corporate culture alive through them.
