OUR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The common goal of the Board Members of AGT Wood Industry and Trade Inc. and all employees is to ensure our compliance with international standards and national regulations at all stages of our operations, in alignment with the needs of our employees and all stakeholders, and to continuously improve our effectiveness. Therefore;

1. With regard to Occupational Health and Safety, our goal is to make the work environment as safe and healthy as possible, in compliance with all legal requirements and corporate working conditions.

2. We guarantee that AGT employees and all other stakeholders have access to all necessary resources within the framework of applicable international standards and national regulations.

3. We aim to establish an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that is supported by top management, adopted by all employees, implemented, monitored, and continuously improved for the observation of relevant parties, and to ensure its sustainability.

4. We will identify the risks arising from both our production processes and the physical conditions of our work areas, take necessary actions, develop action plans, analyze them with a continuous improvement approach, set targets and create programs to reduce these risks.

5. We will carry out the necessary control measures and preventive actions related to health and safety risks against potential work accidents and occupational diseases.

6. In the design, operation, maintenance, and revision of all facilities, equipment, and processes, we aim to create a company culture where everyone fully complies with our Occupational Health and Safety policies. We target achieving excellence in occupational health and safety by training and informing employees at all levels within this scope.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

AGT Wood Industry and Trade Inc. sees it as its duty to leave a livable world for future generations. AGT Wood Industry and Trade Inc. will make efforts to contribute to the environment in all areas of its operations. Not only AGT, but the entire world can survive and look confidently to a healthy future only in this way.

For this purpose;

1. We commit to complying with the obligations of conformity to reduce and minimize environmental pollution that may occur in our work areas during our activities.

2. We aim to increase the positive impact on the environment through actions to be taken.

3. We strive to increase the use of materials that can be reused or recycled and reduce the consumption of natural resources.

4. We will set new goals and objectives to ensure the continuous improvement of our environmental performance.

5. We commit to informing our employees, visitors, suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, dealers, neighbors, and all stakeholders and parties about our environmental policies and activities to reduce our environmental impact, ensuring their participation and raising awareness, reducing resource consumption and/or using it at a minimum level, and reducing waste amounts.
